Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the GetADACompliant.org Affiliate Program operated by GetADACompliant LLC.

Commissions

You will earn 25% recurring commission on each payment made by referred users. Payouts are subject to a 14-day hold and a $50 minimum balance.

Marketing Guidelines

• No misleading claims or false advertising
• No pay-per-click ads targeting branded keywords
• Affiliate link cloaking is not allowed

Payout Terms

Commissions are processed via Stripe Express. You must complete onboarding and provide accurate payment information.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to withhold payouts in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or refund disputes.

Changes to Terms

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
